1. Update your Instagram app and system update
If you cannot find the Reels feature in your Instagram app, it might be because of the outdated version of the Instagram app. To use the Reels Feature, you just need to update your app to the latest version. You can update the Instagram app from the Play Store in android and the APP store in ios.
Go to Play store -> Instagram app -> update
Check your System update in your phone
Go to Settings -> System update if your phone is not updated so we can face update problems in phone apps. It can be one of the reason.
2. Enroll in Beta Program
If the Instagram Reels feature is not available in your region, then you can still use Instagram Reels by enrolling in a beta program. By enrolling in the beta program, you will get the chance to test the upcoming Instagram feature before everyone else.
But signing up for the beta program of Instagram or any other app, keep that in mind that the beta version can be full of bugs.
3. Sign in and Sign out in the Instagram app
So if your Instagram app is up to date and still you cannot find the Reels option, then you should try doing sign-out and sign-in again in the Instagram app. If you are using multiple Instagram accounts on the same app, then you should try changing the account.
go to settings -> logout
open Instagram App -> Sign in
4.Uninstall and reinstall
iPhone and iPad
1. From the Home screen, tap and hold the Instagram app icon until it shakes.
2. Tap // on the app to delete it. Your photos and profile info will be saved by Instagram.
3. Go to the App Store, reinstall Instagram and then log in with your username and password.
Android
1. Go to your phone or tablet’s Settings and tap Apps.
2. Tap Instagram.
3. Tap Uninstall.
4. Go to the Google Play Store, reinstall Instagram and then log in with your username and password.
