Step 1: First, open your Instagram account on your smartphone.
Step 2: Next, go to your story by tapping Your Story at the top of Feed.
Step 3: Now, tap More in the bottom right of the photo or video you’d like to share.
Step 4: From the given options tap Share as Post….
Step 5: Now, you can crop your photo, choose to add effects or filters, once done tap Next.
Step 6: Add captions and your location, then tap Share.
Step 7: Photos and videos you share from your story to feed will appear on your profile grid
