If you want to transfer your YouTube channel to another account or another email ID, follow these steps for a smooth transition. This article describes how easily we can transfer YouTube channel to another account.
Check your YouTube account type
- You can transfer your old email address to a new one if your account is a brand account. You can not move your channel ID to a new Google account.
- Open YouTube and log in to your account
- Tap on your profile top right, go to “YouTube Studio”
- Click on settings on the left side
- “Click on permissions.”
- If you get the “Add or remove managers” or permissions” option, it means the channel is a Brand account, and we can easily transfer YouTube channel to another account.
- If it does not appear, it means it’s a personal account
Create a new Brand account to transfer another account
